  •  When will I receive my book order?
      • You will recieve most orders in 3 to 5 business days.  Note that federal job cuts have greatly affected USPS delivery times.
  • What are the shipping costs?
      • Shipping within the U.S. is always free!  We do not even charge you tax!
      • International shipping must be arranged.  Please contact us here.
  • What are my payment options?
      • Major credit cards are accepted. Select debit or credit card in the shopping cart.
      • You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card.  Just select debit or credit card (not Paypal) in the shpping cart.
      • You can also use your PayPal account.
      • VENMO is also accepted.
  • Is this website safe?  Do you store credit card information? 
      • Yes it is safe.  No credit card information is stored on this site.
      • All transactions are processed off-site, using secure processing centers managed and secured by PayPal.
  • Please make sure you order the correct book.  For all issues please use our support email for help.
  • What if my order does not arrive?
      • Make sure you receive an emailed order confirmation right after you order.
      • A USPS tracking number is sent by email, 1-2 business days after you order.  If not received, please contact us.  Our service uses the email address you provided during check out.
      • Double check the shipping address.  If you borrowed a credit card, you have to change the shipping address.  Uncheck the box “Shipping address is the same as billing.”
      • Allow 4-5 business days for your order to arrive.  The USPS only ships Monday through Friday.  Order by Thursday for Friday shipping.  Otherwise, your order will ship on Monday and arrive later that week.  Unfortunately, recent federal budget changes have added 2-3 days onto normal shipping times.
      • Use your USPS tracking number and view all history. 
      • If your home mailbox is too small or non-existent, your post office may keep your package.  Check with your post office.
      • Check if friends and neighbors got your package. 
      • If your order does not arrive please contact us.
  • What if I ordered the wrong book?
