When you order:   

  • Double check that your email address is correct. Typos cause most problems.
  • If you order by credit or debit card, just select your card (not Paypal). You can select to ship your order to a different address than your billing address.  If you borrowed a credit card, please uncheck the “Shipping is same a billing” checkbox in the card window to expand this option.  Enter your shipping address.
  • If you use your PayPal account to complete your order, look at the top of the PayPal window to see if your address is correct.  Make sure your address is updated, otherwise PayPal uses your default address (or your friend’s if it is not your account).  See Paypal example pic.
    • Be careful because clicking the “Continue to Review Order” does not let you review, it finalizes the purchase (a Paypal quirk).
  • After completing payment, please wait until you are redirected to the Thank You page, before closing the app window.
  • Within an hour you should receive an email confirmation of your order. 
  • IF YOU DO NOT receive an email confirmation, please contact us immediately.  Also, check the email account listed in PayPal, or on your credit card, if different.
  •    If you contact us, please include all order details in your email.

Shipping:

  • Your purchase will be shipped using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
  • A USPS tracking number of your package is sent to your email within 2 business days of your purchase.  If you do not receive this email please contact us.
  • Orders typically arrive within 3-4 days after you receive a tracking number.
  • If your physical mailbox is too small for proper delivery of your book order, please look for a delivery notification slip from the USPS to retrieve your package at their facility.
  • No international shipping is available on this site.  Please use the contact email to arrange for international shipping.
  • To correct a mistake in your address or order, you must contact us right away so we can help you.  Also see FAQ.
