- When will I receive my book order?
- Most orders are received in 2 to 4 business days.
- What are the shipping costs?
- The cost of shipping and tax is included in the stated price.
- What are my payment options?
- Major credit cards are accepted. Select your card type in the shopping cart.
- You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card. Just select the card you want to use (not Paypal).
- You can also use your PayPal account.
- Is this website safe? Do you store credit card information?
- Yes it is safe. No credit card information is stored on this site.
- All transactions are processed off-site, using secure processing centers managed and secured by PayPal.
- All sales are final. Please make sure you order the correct book. For extraordinary issues please use our support email for help.
- What if my order does not arrive?
- Make sure your email received an order confirmation and a USPS tracking number. If not, please contact us. Our service uses the email address you provided during check out.
- Double check the shipping address. If you borrowed a credit card, you have to change the shipping address. Uncheck the box “Shipping address is the same as billing.”
- Allow 4 business days for your order to arrive. The USPS only ships Monday through Friday. Order by Thursday for Friday shipping. Otherwise, your order will ship on Monday and arrive later that week.
- Use your USPS tracking number.
- If your home mailbox is too small your post office will keep the package. Check.
- Check if friends and neighbors got your package.
- If your order does not arrive please contact us.
- What if I ordered the wrong book?
- Note that all sales are final.
